I am so very pleased with this storage cart. It is definitely sturdier than what I had anticipated. The locking casters work great. The top is stable and strong enough to keep my 14×14 wool pressing mat and my 14×14 cutting mat on hand next to my sewing table. I just turn in my sewing chairm and either press or trim as needed. When I need to trim a seam or square a block, I can do so with my rotary cutter and small quilting ruler inside the top drawer. If I need to press a seam, I remove the cutting matt, and press my pieced item or quilt borders on top of the wool mat. To play it safe, I lay a thick towel under the wool mat in order for moisture not accumulate while I steam press. With the front casters locked, it does not budge under pressure. When I am done sewing for the day, I unlock the casters and roll it under my sewing table or into my closet until I can return to my project. I also store extra notions, small rulers, sewing feet and extension cords in the drawers. The bottom drawer holds the incomplete project, ready to be pulled out again for another few hours of sewing. The closed drawers keep everything in a safe place, away from nosy pets, and in one organized place. It does not warp or bend, and it is well reinforced. I am not a carpenter, but I was able to put this together because of the easy to read directions and pictures for each step of the way. The kit came with numbered pieces that matched the drawings/directions, an allen wrench and a small socket wrench. I needed to add just a phillips screw driver. I do have wrist and back problems, so it took me five hours to put it all together, but without a hitch. All the hardware matched up perfectly to the predrilled openings. Had I known how much I would have had to use the screw driver, I would have tried to borrow a small drill. The price is great for such a well-constructed, nice-looking storage cart for my sewing needs. I am sure I will have it for many years. [...]
