I ordered this pack of 18 acrylic 5×7 sign holders to display cutouts from a page-a-day calendar and I’m super thrilled with the quality and functionality of these sign holders. First, I peeled off four thin protective coatings, three separate pieces on the base and a one piece that peels off from both sides of the display area, leaving me with a crystal clear sign holder. My only issue in peeling off the protective coating is that it leaves a tiny bit of residue at the base of the 5×7 piece, but this area then gets inserted into the base and is not very noticeable, so I’m not concerned about this flaw.I loaded my calendar cutout into each 5×7 piece first and then inserted the 5×7 piece into the base; otherwise, it can be difficult to get a piece of smaller paper accurately centered. The base is sturdy and the sign holder sits steady on my table.What’s super nice about these is that I can use paper smaller than 5×7 and the two sides hold the paper tightly; I don’t have an issue with the paper sliding down, so I don’t have to mount my cutouts on a 5×7 backing, saving me time and money! I had been using traditional picture frames, but my cutouts aren’t always the same size and these sign holders give me more flexibility as well as being less pricey than traditional frames.I would give this set more stars if I could because they are a great value and they look wonderful for my purpose!
