Most the time the squeaky’s fall inside the ball and aren’t a problem. Sometimes they fall outside the ball and fortunately our little guy doesn’t eat them or try to swallow them, that’s something to be aware of. But obviously there’s no taste or smell so most dogs that are doing this just leave the squeaky alone.
