This is the only toy my lab mix will not tear up! He actually after 6 months wore out the squeaker! We let him play with it a lot and yes it can be loud at times but if he got carried away we simply put it away for awhile. Worth every penny to see him play with something he loves so much. Originally found it for a higher price at TJ Maxx and went to replace it and they didn’t have it anymore. So happy I found it here!! I ordered 2 and no doubt will eventually order more! On a side note we bought one for a friends standard poodle. He tore it up in a few minutes!! Very strange that our lab didn’t but reading the other reviews it seems some love it and some chew it up.
